Shipping/Returns/Payment Policy

ATTENTION: 

Due to COVID-19, Shipping times have been extended from our usual 10-14 business days, to 15-21 business days. We do apologise for this inconvenience however it is taking much longer for items to arrive to us from our retailers as we get most of our shoes from overseas. There may also be shipping delays in states during lockdown periods with Australia Post so please be aware of this.

As our shoes are custom made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds so please make sure all sizes are correct before ordering. 

Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shoes are sent out within 10-14 business days from purchase (unless the selected styles are coming from the USA- please allow an extra 2-5 days for these styles).

Express shipping takes 1-2 business days after the item is shipped, and standard shipping is 3-5 days within Australia.

Important: We always recommend to add the extra cover/insurance on your shipping so that if a parcel does go missing in transit you will be reimbursed. If you do not choose to purchase the extra cover, we are not liable once the item has been shipped. 

International Shipping is available too and we have several options for shipping at checkout.  International shipping times vary, however Standard takes approximately 5-15 business days and Express takes approximately 3-10 working days. COVID may cause delays in these times.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

During peak times such as Christmas/New Year, due to a high volume of orders  please allow extra time for your order. This is due to delayed shipping of shoes to us from retailers as well as our team getting through crystallising a high influx of orders.

If you would like to rush your order, please contact us at info@diamondkicks.com.au. Additional fees may apply. No rush orders will be taken during the Christmas period.

Warranty

If a crystal falls off the outer logos within 3 months of receiving your order, we will fix it for you at no cost. You will need to ship these to us.

Even though we use the same method and glue on the inner ticks, as they are more easily knocked on the inner side of the shoe, we cannot guarantee they will stay as long, so the warranty for the inner ticks is 1 month.

If there is an issue with the actual shoe itself and not the crystals, we can return them to the retailer we bought them from within 1 year. Technically once the shoe has been customised they can't be returned with the brands lifetime warranty however we still offer a year service and we will cover the costs.

Returns

Due to each shoe being customized for your order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturer fault. If you have any questions about sizing or styles, please contact us before ordering.

Cancel Order 

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from placing the order on full priced items only. This is due to us ordering the shoe in for you. In some instances we may allow cancellations after this date but fees may apply to cover costs of returning the shoes back to the retailer. Please email us for more information. 

If the order was placed with Afterpay or Zippay, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

If you have paid through Lay-buy and you fail to make payments and/or decide to cancel the order mid payments, your downpayment will be forfeited.
