Terms And Conditions of Order


Due to COVID-19, our turnaround time to have items ready for shipping has been extended from our usual 10-14 business days, to 21 business days ( This does not include weekends or public holidays). We do apologise for this inconvenience however it is taking much longer for items to arrive to us from our retailers as we get most of our shoes from the US. There are also shipping delays with Australia Post so please be aware of this.

If you are ordering in our Christmas period, there may be an extra week delay. 

As our shoes are custom made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds so please make sure all sizes are correct before ordering. 


We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Within Australia, Express shipping takes 1-2 business days after the item is shipped, and standard shipping is 3-5 days. (COVID-19 may cause delays)

International shipping times vary, however Standard takes approximately 5-15 business days and Express takes approximately 3-10 working days. (COVID has caused major delays to these turnaround times and we suggest adding an extra 1-4 weeks on top of these times at the moment).

If you would like to rush your order, please contact us at info@diamondkicks.com.au. Additional fees may apply. No rush orders will be accepted during peak holiday periods such as Christmas.


If a crystal falls off the outer logos within 3 months of receiving your order, we will fix it for you at no cost. You will need to ship these to us.

Even though we use the same method and glue on the inner ticks, as they are more easily knocked on the inner side of the shoe, we cannot guarantee they will stay as long, so the warranty for the inner ticks is 1 month.

Cancel Order / Change of Mind

Orders can only be cancelled/modified within 24 hours from placing the order on full priced items only. This is due to us ordering shoes in for you within this time period. In some instances we may allow cancellations/ changes after this date but fees may apply to cover costs of returning the shoes back to the retailer. Please email us for more information if you need to cancel.

As Afterpay charges us fees for orders being placed, we do not get these fees refunded if you decide to cancel, so all orders placed with Afterpay are final and cannot be cancelled. 


Due to each shoe being customized for your order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturer fault. If you have any questions about sizing or styles, please contact us before ordering.
